You have a choice between massage performed on

the massage table or
special shiatsu massage chair.

Sometimes people who are new to massage experience at the beginning do not feel comfortable about taking some parts of the clothes off (to my experience with time most of them go for massage table).

It would be a big pity if they never tried  what a fantastic and healing experience massage can be. In this case excellent substitution is mentioned already shiatsu massage chair (you do not have to take off any part of  your clothes). With time when you get more comfortable with massage, you can always change massage chair into massage table.

Some people are very confident with massage and still choose chair massage, very often it depends on personal preferences.

You have a choice between full body massage (60-90min.) and short massage  treatment (20-40min.)

If you go for short massage treatment, you can also choose parts of your body you would like to get massaged: back, foot, legs, hands, shoulders, neck & head.
