Yes,I am. I am qualified in following massage treatments:sports, relaxing, lymphatic drainage, facial, reflexology (foot massage) , classical, isometric, contralateral, hawaiian (Lomi-Lomi), sound and hot stone massage.
How long and how many times a week is typical session?
The number of sessions depends on your current needs. Sessions are usually 60min. Often clients are seen twice a week in the beginning, then as times goes on, less frequently. I recommend one massage a week but less frequent visits give you benefits too.
